Curate is an all-in-one ordering and analytics platform for restaurants with a suite of products serving dine-in quick service, dine-in sit down, takeout, and delivery. Curate makes digital ordering simple.
After a couple of years, the app was redesigned from the ground up - but the components throughout the admin & other apps, were not interconnected, spacing was inconsistent- and that was a pain for devs to work with. That's where I came in & redesigned around 100 components from the ground up.
With proper documentation, and with the newest updated properties - I had to make sure every single component had properties that made sense, and was a breeze to work with.
Later on, I also designed the server experience for the app - where the managers in a particular divison could easily assign servers to tables.
Storybook Organisation
Every single component and style was organised in a page, so that devs could easily access the storybook stickersheet to update components in a nutshell.
Components
A lot of attention was paid while designing components, so that future designers could easily refer to things and edit components to design screens quicker.
Server Experience
I also designed this server experience for the app, where waiters could easily be assigned tables via adrag & drop functionality.
